Consequences of the COVID War

The actions of the government (all levels) of the past 2-3 years can only be described as an act of war against the people of Cook County and the United States. The government, through lockdowns, has destroyed small businesses, eviscerated schools, stolen two years from our children, vacated houses of worship, bankrupted hard-working citizens, co-opted the health system as a tool for medical tyranny and outlawed freedom of assembly and speech. If this were imposed by a foreign power, it would be an act of war.

There was and is no valid reason to impose lockdowns, mask mandates and mRNA shot mandates. COVID-19 is no worse than the seasonal flu. The Democrats and Republicans, creating hysteria, used the power of government to attack civil society and increase government control (their control) over our lives.

Mask mandates are pure theater, imposed on us as symbols of slavery and compliance. Masks do not stop the spread of viruses. The adverse side effects of masks are numerous. They suffocate us and our children, stifling their mental, emotional and physical development.

The so-called “vaccine” mandates are even more sinister. These shots are not vaccines. The government and big medicine call them vaccines to deceive us. These shots are experimental, unapproved genetic mRNA manipulation. Many deaths and illnesses can be attributed to these shots. We can expect more such deaths and illnesses in the coming years as these shots destroy immune systems and cause blood clots. Vaccine manufacturers, by current law, cannot be sued for damage caused by their products.

Those in government have tried to hide the impact of their destructive actions by giving out “free money”. This is an illusion. There is no such thing as free money. We the people will pay for it, one way or another. Taxes will need to be increased, either on us or our descendants. Governmental services and pensions will need to be reduced. We are already experiencing another more sinister, hidden effect of free money – the devaluation of the dollar (inflation).

There is yet one more casualty in this COVID war: trust. Society is built on trust. We cannot live together if we do not trust each other. The government and its accomplices (mainstream media, big business, big medicine, law enforcement) have all lied to us for over two years. We know this in our hearts, even if we find it difficult to acknowledge. We want to believe that our major institutions seek to better society, not to exploit us for personal gain. This loss of trust diminishes our society and we will experience the effects of this for years to come.

If we are to move forward from this catastrophe, we need to acknowledge the damage done and hold responsible those who willfully caused this damage. I am running for public office because I want to be a part of our healing and recovery.
