Campaign finance law requires us to request your:

• Name (First & last)
• Address (Street & number, city, state and zip code)
• Occupation
• Employer

Though not required by law, your telephone number and email address would be helpful for our campaign.

To Make a Contribution

• You must at least 18 years old.
• You must make the contribution from your own funds, and these funds must not be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
• You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
